Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)

The following terms apply specifically to our text messaging program:

  • Program Name and Description: The Company may offer a text messaging program (the “SMS Program”) in connection with Field Day. If you opt in, you may receive text messages related to: (a) appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and service-related updates (transactional/operational messages); and (b) promotions, offers, and announcements (marketing messages) only if you separately opt in to marketing texts.

  • Consent; Not a Condition of Purchase: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize the Company to send SMS/MMS text messages to that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may use the Site and Services without opting in to marketing texts.

  • Message Frequency and Rates: Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

  • Opt Out (STOP): You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation of your unsubscribe status. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

  • Re-Enroll: To rejoin the SMS Program, you must opt in again through the method you originally used (e.g., an online form). Once you re-enroll, we will resume sending messages consistent with your selections.

  • Help / Support (HELP): If you experience issues with the SMS Program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us at info@fieldday.life.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Privacy: For privacy-related information, please review our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties/affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability
